The McLeod County Board of Commissioners met the new 4-H coordinator, Darcy Cole, at its meeting Tuesday morning.
Cole replaces Jill Grams, who resigned last year to take a teaching position with the Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart School District.
Cole said she spent 12 years as a 4-H’er in her native Acoma Township, involved in the sheep program and as a 4-H Ambassador.
She is a graduate of the Unviersity of Wisconsin - River Falls, where she received her ag educator and teaching degrees.
