Glencoe-Silver Lake’s building project is still about $500,000 over its estimated $24 million budget, the School Board heard Monday night.
But that also includes an $800,000 contingency fund, which is not anticipated to be fully depleted.
Luke Papillon, project designer for Architects Rego & Youngquist, went over the changes made over the last month with the School Board.
Papillon explained that changes to two entrances were made, which reduced square footage and realized an estimated $400,000 in savings.
