Yodee Rivera, a Glencoe Coborn’s employee, along with her aunt Sandra Sanchez and her grandmother Maria Gonzalez, brought local donations to Texas this past week to help support victims of Hurricane Harvey.
Before Hurricane Harvey hit, Rivera, Sanchez and Gonzalez were planning to go to Corpus Christi for a long weekend.
“So our trip kind of got a little ruined,” said Rivera, “But I mean, we had already asked off vacation time and we already had it approved, so we thought we have this time to go, we have this vehicle to go, why not still go and do something?”
