Kevin and Kristen Schauer of Glencoe announce the birth of their daughter, Elsie Joy, on June 6, 2014, at St. Francis Hospital. Elsie weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 21-1/4 inches long. Grandparents are Gary and Sharon Schauer of Glencoe and Robert and Connie Havard of Albany.
