Marty Seifert, the lone outstate candidate in the Republican primary election, is no stranger to the Glencoe area.
He passes through Glencoe on Highway 212 from his home in Marshall and has done it for years on his way to the Twin Cities for business or as a longtime state legislator. Seifert knows the need to improve the Highway 212 corridor not only for travelers, but for commercial reasons as well.
