The McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission (PAC) met on Wednesday, Sept. 26 to discuss and approve two conditional use permits and a sketch plan. The commission also talked about the sudden and unrelenting emergence of solar gardens in the county after the meeting was recessed.
Many members of the Pawlicki family attended the meeting hoping for approval for a second dwelling on the property owned by Eileen Pawlicki — an elderly woman who seeks the second dwelling for family care reasons.
