The Glencoe Industrial Park will have a new tenant after Glencoe City Council on Monday night authorized a purchase agreement with Rice Construction Systems of Sauk Rapids.
David Nelson, president of the Glencoe Area Chamber of Commerce and the city’s economic development director, said Rice Construction is a commercial builder and prime contractor for Coborn’s.
